Before You Start Meditating

  • Be on empty stomach/ light stomach

  • Wear loose clothing and Use your headsets

  • Make yourself comfortable using pillow, blanket, mattress.

  • Be in a quiet place without any disturbance.

  • Keep a bottle of water & tissues / napkins handy
